I called three different plumbers and they all let the call go to the answering machine. Roto Rooter answered the phone, gave me (2) updates on the plumber's ETA and that was just the beginning. I had the extreme pleasure of spending some time with Glenn Lane (Tech#7320). I have never had to use a plumber's services before- so I didn't know what to expect. Glenn was polite, educational, respectful, clean and immediately got to work once he diagnosed the issue. He put my mind at ease with a solution- gave me a quote and did the job in a very timely manner. I will not hesitate to call Glenn directly if and when I need his services again- and I will absolutely refer my friends and family to him as well.
