Mike was fantastic. Came out quick and was super professional and clean. We needed a toilet flange and supply line. He even checked our house water pressure and gave his expertise regarding a sink we are considering replacing. All in all we are very happy with their service and will totally use them again in the future.

Both of my toilets clogged. Needless to say, this was an emergency situation. Matt was able to get out to my house and fix the problem within two hours of my first contacting him. Very pleased with this service.

If you've got a plumbing issue, call Luke first! We called him for a second opinion after another company put a camera down our lines and showed us several leaks. They said we'd have to rerun the whole house and it was going to cost $20k. Obviously, we wanted a second opinion. Luke came out, ran his own camera. Told us we had normal wear, one leak that he fixed for $300 (lots of digging involved), and said there was no need to redo the lines. We've had to call him out a few times since for various other issues. He's very reasonably priced and guarantees his work. We trust him. When we remodel our kitchen, we're calling Luke!

I have called Plumbing Specialists out 2 times and would never consider calling another company. Not only were the plumbers friendly, talented and extremely professional, but the girls in the office are just a pleasure to talk to. I feel like I made a friend in Michelle, she is a treasure. Our situation became one that any other company would have turned us away (we didn't have the money at the time, my husband was laid off and I am struggling with health problems) Plumbing Specialists took care of our plumbing problem and is letting us make payments! I recently had a large leak with the main line coming into my home. I called Bobby B Plumbing he came out that day was on time and within 20 mins he located the leak! He came back the next day and had all the materials he needed to run a new copper line from the city supply to the line entering my home. Having experienced a power outage due a powerful wind storm, my tankless water heater was not working. Diamond House was so responsive from initial office contact that a service person was send out in hours. Drew went above and beyond when making several attempts to fix the issue but ultimately informed me a new system was necessary. Several options were given and after notifying the following morning my decision, they again came thru with a new unit that afternoon and had me up and running by the evening. Cesar the tech who did the install was fantastic also in his professionalism. Your whole team deserve more than 5 stars!
