I called this company today at 4:28 pm to do a leak detection and possible repair on a job that my company is doing work on. I received their after hours acting receptionist who was a great customer service person but upon reaching out to the technician, I was informed They do not do leak detection for Water Damage companies. Wow seeing as our businesses go hand in hand in this industry it is bizarre to me that they would discriminate when it comes to a job. But whatever won't try this company again. For free leak detection I wanted to pay for one. When attempting to book the location I asked what the cost was and offered to pay over the phone right then and there.l also looking for an estimate on repair once the leak was found and if the price was agreeable I would have gone with this company to make the repair on top of it we have no problems paying. I was told specifically sorry we do not do anything for water damage companies.

Nothing but lies. Their website has a drain cleaning special for $88 and up to 1 year warranty. When the guy arrived, he told me it was going to cost $290 with a 3 month warranty for the same service using the cable to clean out the drain. When I told him I wasn't going to pay $290 if they were only giving me a 3 month warranty, he offered to do it for $88 but no warranty, which again, was useless to me.The drain problem I was having I managed to unclog before the plumber arrived. However, because this clog was happening frequently, I felt it was due to build up or something else stuck down there and was looking to get the drain cleaned. However, I'm not going to work with anyone that doesn't warranty their work, especially for one 3 months. I would have easily paid $290 if they had given me the 1 year warranty they were supposedly offering for the $88 service.Do yourself a favor and find someone else that guarantees their work.
