I called him for an estimate over the phone. He told me what he would do and once I asked if he thought that would work he laughed in my face and hung up. I never said if the estimate was all I was going pay. I just wanted to know if it could be something else. He’s clearly not professional and he’s very disrespectful. I’m sure the 5 star reviews are from his family and friends.

This is the best plumbing company I have ever encountered. Justin was super professional and knowledgeable. Great guy. A complete house repiping was done and the teams were really great. I couldn’t have asked for a better job done. Super friendly too. Really Great price compared to others for the same job. I got full service (repiping, wall repairs, house cleaning) while others only offered the repiping and no wall repairs!

I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumber's are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

Anthony from Exact Leak Detection arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the process in detail and set expectations clearly. Once the leak was identified they were able to replace the leaking pipe right away and explained next steps. The dispatcher also provided prompt communication during the entire process and was very responsive. We are very satisfied with their service.

Dale has years of experience and was great, professional, patient, detailed and most importantly honest. Help trouble shoot and find where the source of water coming up from the ground in my backyard was coming from, was due to a busted irrigation pipe in my neighbors backyard.

I called GL Plumbing and Cody answered the phone. I explained I would like an estimate on installing a sediment trap and drip pan for my water heater, he said he needed to check out the water heater to make sure everything is up to code before he could give me an estimate. Since it was a free estimate, I said OK. He was able to go in the afternoon of the same day. After checking, he said everything else was fine and he could do the installation the next day. As promised, he showed up today to complete the work. He sent me the before and after pictures so I could see what he did since this is my rental property and I was not onsite.

The fact that he wanted to check it out FREE to make sure the water heater was up to code before he gave an accurate estimate showed that he is an honest man with integrity. I also want to point out that his price was a lot more reasonable than another company I had called before him.

We had some staining on our ceiling and it was getting darker and darker. I called NIR Plumbing to help us figure out what it was and sure enough it was old rusted piping in the restroom on our 2nd floor. Nick said we got this checked out just in time because if we would have just let this sit the sheetrock would start developing mold. He fixed the leak and replaced the damaged sheetrock and everything was good as new!
