Michael was amazing help when it came to my sewer problems. Honestly they were fast, quick and reasonably priced. If you need any kind of plumbing repair, call them. Really professional, clean and great customer service too.

Had wonderful customer service Jason and Bob were very professional and work area very clean they helped me move stuff out from under sink and even put it back for me. Very good prices and had several stoppages got them all clear and they used state of the art equipment. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs .

Great prices. Called the place up in the morning, they were down at my place within a few hours. Guy worked fast and was nice.

Called in the morning around 7:30 and they were at my house by 8:30 to clean out the lines of my tankless water heater.

5 stars always. Great price, friendly service, trustworthy, comes over quickly, transparent, easy to communicate with, professional. We will always choose these plumbers as long as we are in Riverside county. They've done our water heater, fixed two toilets now, and done other various work over the years. Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

Medina is my go-to plumber. Helped me with cleanout on this project. Said he would be there by 8am to start job. I arrived at 7.45 and he was already there. The entire job was very clean. No problems.

Doesn't mean they have the skills to repair your Refrigerator. Look for an experienced technician. Who's been in the business for awhile.

We have a 1920s home that not only needed a re-pipe, but also some very specific and tricky adjustments and add-one’s that would make our lives more comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Marc and Ean. Not only have they been wonderfully competent and more than fair with me, but also with everyone to whom I have given referrals. On one occasion, as a personal favor, they drove 20 miles outside their normal service area to help a friend of mine who had already received a $1,000 estimate from another firm, only to discover that it just needed a few minor parts and about 30 minutes of labor - maybe a $100 job - NOT including the extra hour of round-trip driving. Since my friend was having serious financial hardship I told them to bill me and not him... But not only did they save him from fraud, but they also refused to accept payment from me, simply asking that I send the $100 to my friend instead... I want to cry just remembering their kindness... These are two men that you can trust...

I called Big John’s Plumbing around 9:30 am on Sunday after reading positive reviews. The phone was answered right away and I asked if they could come snake because my main was clogged. John told me he could be here between 11:00-12:00, and he showed up when he said he would. I showed him the roof access to my main (which is unfortunately the only access I have). He was very honest and upfront with me and took his time assessing whether his snake line would be sufficient to reach the distance needed to clear the line (roughly 100-120 feet). It was so nice to have someone really assess the situation first. I know some companies/workers will perform the work knowing ahead of time it won’t solve the problem, and then charging the customer for it. John didn’t do that. He evaluated the situation first and let me know before hand what my chances were of reaching the clog, and then he let me make the decision to proceed with the work.

John was able to clear the clog, and then he made sure everything was flowing properly before cleaning up. Big John worked fast, competently, and was very friendly and respectful the entire time he was here. The price he charged me at the end of the work performed was exactly what he quoted to me on the phone and it was $100 less than what I paid a big named plumbing company, for the same work, 2 years ago. He told me he offers discounts on his website as well as on Yelp. Then he gave me a 10% Military discount off my bill. Thank you John for your fast, friendly, upfront and honest service. I can now take a shower!!!
