Very professional and honest, other company quoted me crazy amounts of money to fix a sewer clog they couldn't fix. All-Star did it without an issue and for a very reasonable price. When they arrived they assessed my situation as the other plumbers did. However once they checked my main waterline pressure they knew the problem. It needed to be replaced in which I knew too. What made me hire these professionals is that they also checked the water pressure of my neighbors and knew we all have issues but mine was worse than all because i'm 350 feet from the meter. The price charged was beyond fair. I had them do the work and i'm very happy I chose them for my plumbing needs. If you have any plumbing needs and you don't call them first you will be sorry. The most impressive part was their work and I didn't have to pay any fees up front for them to start my job they trusted me and I trusted them they wanted to make sure I was satisfied before I paid for the work. Big John's is my go to for plumbing issues in my house and when others ask me for referralsj to a plumber. Today's repair was a toilet issue which was done quickly and inexpensively. The first time I used this company it was an emergency sewer backup in my house during the holidays! They had a tech here in 20 minutes! They used a tiny camera to determine tree routes had grown into the sewer link under my driveway, then fixed the issue. (Talk about immediatley winning loyalty!) Thank you, John!
