Michael and Jesse were great. My drains backed up Sunday morning causing my toilet to back up into my shower. It was hard to find someone on a Sunday. Jesse was able to get on a call with me within 15 min. He was able to quote me the price over the phone. When Michael and Jesse arrived they were professional and knowledgeable. They explained what all of my options where and clear on pricing. They were able to hydro jet and clear roots in our drain lines. No limit got our house back on track so we could get back to our Sunday. Definitely will use no limit again in the future and I recommend you give them a call too.

Today is June 22nd. My name is Carlos from San Bernardino. My waterheater was leaking for the past 3 weeks now. I am happy that I finally made the decision to call Cross Plumbing becuase they did an excellent job last year on a different plumbing issue I had. I am happy to write this review that Cross Plumbing came thru for me again and solved my waterheater issue. It turned out I had to replace the waterheater due to it being old and degraded. I am happy to report that Mike and Eric from Cross Plumbing did an excellent job, they are courteous, professional, and very competent. They gave me a quote before they started on the work, it was reasonable. They finished the job quickly. I am happy with the results. Marc and Ean and good guys. Was the only plumbers that I was able to find same day. Luckily I'm only down the street from them. Needed a hose bib replaced and they gave me an estimate on the phone. Gave me the options and possible costs. Very easy to work with and they were fast. I would definitely use them again and they came within their stated timeframe.

We hired Matthew for replacing our main water shut off valve and pressure regulator. What impressed us the most was his responsiveness to our inquires - before and AFTER installation, within minutes, and provided the necessary information to help address questions and/or concerns that we had (even 5 am in the morning!). Not every plumber has that kind of patience, understanding and/or professionalism and we appreciate that very much. He is also clearly a very bright individual with great problem solving and communication skills!

He arrived in his time window, and had enough equipment to take on any task. Very polite, and very comfortable to communicate with. He addressed the issues while keeping me informed and handled my problem like an expert. No complaints whatsoever.
