We had an emergency situation with a broken pipe in my home. After many calls to other plumbers, Active not only answered, but gave me a time expectation as to when a plumber could arrive. While it did take a while, Justin arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. He even gave us some recommendations for future repairs. I appreciated his courteousness and willingness to clean up!

Korin was an outstanding technician who was very profesional and knowledgeable. He listend and was very carrying about my problem. He definitely found a solution.

Daniel Guerra came out from All Pro Plumbing to fix a leaky shower head and the shower nozzle that was stuck. He was courteous, efficient, and punctual. He was mindful of our budget and gave us different options to choose from for the repair. He did a great job replacing everything. He thoroughly explained every repair that was done. I would definitely recommend him as a plumber.

For two 1/2 inch valves to install they ask for 10 to 12 thousands dollars. Where do we go?

Jacob was very professional, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. We originally used them to come out and repair our tankless water heater. Ended up getting a brand new one, due to his knowledge and expertise. Also had a water treatment system installed at that time. We then had them come out a second time to repair a toilet. Jacob and the customer support has been outstanding! Will use them again for sure.

Joe and Rex were AMAZING. My septic backed up over the weekend and caused partial flooding in my house. They came out as soon as possible and repaired the issue in less than 2 hours to get me back into my home. They are friendly, professional and hard working. After finding Benjamin's Plumbing on Google and reading all the great 5 star reviews, I knew this was the plumber for me. I had a clogged kitchen sink and I called Benjamin's Plumbing and it was Ben himself answering the phone. I explained what I needed to have done and I had an appointment set up that same day. Because of a cancellation, he was out to my home earlier than expected. Ben was very nice, polite, explained everything to me in layman's terms...lol. Ben was able to unclog my sink without any complications. He then saw that under sink piping was not right and needed to be replaced, Ben was out to my home 2 days later and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with Ben's professionalism, he really knows his business. Very courteous and clean and friendly. The task of finding an honest and professional plumber is not an easy one. I prayed and asked for God's favor in helping me find a great plumber, well my prayer was answered! I will highly recommend Benjamin's plumbing to anyone who asks me.
