Great company very reasonable had them repair my shower valve and unclear a drain and he noticed my daughters light bulbs where out and even went above and beyond to change those for me free of charge .

Just got work done on a leaking problem. Straight to the point, finished quickly, knows what hes doing.

Curly came out today within a short time after I called this company, and he was very professional, efficient and personable. We had a leak in the pipe that sends water into our house. He fixed that pipe, installed a new faucet where we hook up our hose, and installed a ball socket on the pipe that leads to the sprinklers for a very reasonavle price. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if we have other plumbing issues.

Called them three times left two messages and you never called me back. Tell I had to call another plumber. I was on the phone with the other plumber. And they called and left a message said they were too busy. I'd use them in the past won't use them again.

Two days ago our garbage disposal decided to leak and wet our entire cabinets under the sink, onto the floor and reached the adjacent cabinets. I thought about replacing it myself but unfortunately was busy taking care of my wife after her surgery and wasn't up to the task. I spoke to George who went over the process and the options I had. I decided to go with the same brand of garbage disposal and horsepower but better yet... they agreed to purchase the garbage disposal which saved me a trip to the hardware store. They went above and beyond since again... I had my hands full taking care of my wife, daughter, and dog. They arrived earlier than expected which was also a plus. They went over the information with me after the installation and were quick to complete the job. After they were done with the garbage disposal... I spoke to them about a water hose bib that kept leaking water each time we turned it on to wash the cars and water the plants in our front yard. We went over the details and they ended up replacing the water hose bib for me and glad to say... no more leaks!!!!

Overall, it was reasonably priced, the job was done right, and they took their time to answer all the questions my wife and I had. I know moving forward... I will use Alpha and Omega for all my plumbing needs. My wife and I are thinking of installing a water softener plus a few other things and I just don't see how I won't be calling these guys again.

I’ve done business with this company and with the owner, Jason McCormick when he worked elsewhere, and I would trust him with any plumbing project. He is reliable, professional and knows his business. As well as being a pleasant person. I would highly recommend him.

I had the worst experience with Rooter Alert. Initial call to set up a diagnostic appointment for $125.00 was very easy set up. Even the technician, Mario, when he came out, he was very friendly and explained that the problem was not sever and simple cleaning was all. The technician and I both forgot about the $125.00 payment that I was supposed to give to him so I called the company to ask them to send me a bill so that I can pay for the diagnostic service and get a full review of what I needed to have done. They did not send me an email or suggested work that needs to be done. I called them that same day, two days later, again left a message on website chat, another message, no one got back to me until 11 days later they contacted me. Their excuse was that they had the wrong email address. In the meantime, during those 11 days, I have already patched up my walls and had it painted. If you want fast reliable response don’t work with this company.
