The pressure valve on my water heater was leaking and after replacing it myself, it still continued to leak so I knew we had to call in some professionals.

My wife called Make It Drain on Monday night and they were able to come out on Tuesday morning at 7:15. They diagnosed the issue to be my pressure regulator on the main line and they were able to fix it quickly within the hour.

They were on time, worked efficiently, friendly and fairly priced. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future but if I do, I will make sure to contact Ean and Marc. Thanks guys!

Today is June 22nd. My name is Carlos from San Bernardino. My waterheater was leaking for the past 3 weeks now. I am happy that I finally made the decision to call Cross Plumbing becuase they did an excellent job last year on a different plumbing issue I had. I am happy to write this review that Cross Plumbing came thru for me again and solved my waterheater issue. It turned out I had to replace the waterheater due to it being old and degraded. I am happy to report that Mike and Eric from Cross Plumbing did an excellent job, they are courteous, professional, and very competent. They gave me a quote before they started on the work, it was reasonable. They finished the job quickly. I am happy with the results. I do recommend Cross Plumbing for all your plumbing and water related issues in your home. The are heroes !

I called him for an estimate over the phone. He told me what he would do and once I asked if he thought that would work he laughed in my face and hung up. I never said if the estimate was all I was going pay. I just wanted to know if it could be something else. He’s clearly not professional and he’s very disrespectful. I’m sure the 5 star reviews are from his family and friends.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was with 5 Star Plumbing Heating and Air! There’s a reason “5 Star” is in their name! I called them in the morning and was quoted an arrival time, same day that afternoon. Not only did they arrive 10 minutes before the estimated window for the appt, they quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part in their van and fixed my AC, which is now blowing COLD air! Very responsive and professional. From the receptionist and Facebook messaging responsive time to the crew who came and got my AC back up in running (in 30 minutes I should add), made my experience with them wonderful!
