Best Main Water Line Maintenance in Riverside CA

Had a busted water meter not easy to get to due to roots from pine trees that were covering the area which created the break in the pipe. JASON was my first point of contact and was very responsive, with an immediate appointment for the next morning and I appreciate that! ( I called late in the day). The tech ADAM, who came to my house worked his tail off to get the job done without fail and was very kind, knowledgeable and did what he needed to do to get the job done. I RECOMMEND this company because they are no BS and to the point, and let me know who was coming and what they looked like by text prior to arrival. THANK YOU BEST PLUMBING! I am a customer for life.

Ray came out to fix a clogged drain. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to address the problem and I would highly recommend him.

I've had to call on these guys a couple of times recently and they were excellent on both quality and price. You can tell right from the start - they were not trying to rip you off like a lot of the other companies out there. I trust these guys. I bought this condo and found out there is no water in the bathroom sink. It turned out the downstairs neighbor has capped the pipe in order to fix a leak. John came in, helped me to diagnose the problem and fixed the pipe in the least invasive way. When my the neighbor downstairs refused to share half of the cost as we agreed before, Lynda volunteered to call her and resolved the issue. Excellent service, reasonable price! Highly recommended. I had an emergency at one of my Airbnb properties and I had guest arriving the following morning. I reached out at 11p and Tameka responded by 11:20p; I had a confirmation within 10mins. She was communicative and extremely prompt. I needed services between 7-9a the following day and she made it happen. Dustin arrived by 7:45a and completed the job by 9a. He was friendly and efficient. They have a customer for life in me. I can't recommend Pride Plumbing enough, particularly Dan Lopez and his team. We found ourselves in a nightmare situation in which a city tree's roots damaged our sewer lateral out in the middle of the street right next to the main line. The first plumbing company we called quoted many tens of thousands of dollars for what they promised was the only possible fix, which included breaking ground in the street. A few more plumbers came out and couldn't handle the problem, saying they'd need subcontractors for a high price. Dan got here, took a look, and was immediately confident that they could fix the issue without digging in the street for a small fraction of the cost. During the work, they uncovered a few other issues and took care of them all, finishing when they predicted they would and cleaning up nicely on the way out. The price for such a major job was very fair, especially with their reassuring warranty. Pride Plumbing has earned a loyal customer and I'll be recommending them to family and friends.
