Matt was professional on time and efficient

Appointment was made and scheduled for 5/24/19 the lady from Anthony’s plumbing also mention that the tech would be the one that would assess the situation and recommend the best option for our problem, she also said they would be very knowledgeable of any water heater related problems. The appointment date came and the tech arrived at the house looking at the water heater taking a picture and all this time my husband was asking him questions about the water heater. The tech said you do know their is a 65 service fee? I was like oh I thought it was 55 but it’s ok. (Note I never refused to pay the fee I just thought it was 55) my husband was telling him look I know you guys could fix the water heater but what if it gives out again? Can’t you guys replace it, i can pay the difference if needed. My husband continued asking questions related to the water heater and he told him the lady from your company said you would recommend the best solution to the problem. I guess the tech was not comfortable giving suggestions or was not knowledgeable of what my husband was asking he left abruptly and did not say anything. We thought he had just went to his van to get paper work? Maybe something else when we heard the van take off. Terrible service at least as a courtesy say I am sorry I can’t answer any question, but leaving like that is not professional. I am not lying I have cameras all over my house and have the video to prove what I am saying! Then in the report he wrote that my husband asked him to lie to the company axiom that’s the home warranty holder.... really! That not what he said I have the video. Terrible experience not reliable or knowledgeable. I would not recommend them to anyone. Simply not professional.

Terrible service I called and spoke to this plumber on Tuesday in which he said he would be here at my home between 12noon -1.Well now here we are on Wednesday at 1:30 and still no service no phone call back to me I've called him 4 times with no response...worst plumber service I've ever had ...if you have a plumbing problem don't depend on him cause he is a no show

Ricardo was very professional and clean. We needed to replace our knob in one of our bathrooms and he knew exactly what to do and fixed it really fast algo very affortable. We had the best experience and service with Diamond house . We had a some water damage that extended from our bedroom closet into our restroom we reached out to a few businesses and Diamond house was the first to respond and get someone out immediately. They worked with our insurance company and had began fixing the damage right away. We had the pleasure of working with Josh who was great and always provided the best customer service. We are so satisfied with the outcome of the work they did and have received so many compliments from family / friends. If you’re on the fence about contacting them DO IT ! You won’t regret it .
