John was the only plumber I could find that was willing to come out next day to unclog a bathtub. He was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. Not only did he address my immediate needs, but I asked him to give me a quote on a shower that had been broken for over a year.
A previous plumber diagnosed a broken valve and had quoted over $1200 for the repair. He also said they would need to create an unsightly hole in our shower wall or cut into the shower from the outside wall (which would add to the cost).
John was able to diagnose and fix the shower within an hour! We paid nowhere near the original estimate on the repair. He also gave us recommendations on a general contractor, electrician and cleaning service!
John is our plumber for life!

This company performed a plumbing work on my condo unit on 04/13/2022. A simple job of unclogging the drain in my sink. The plumber had to run 75ft of snake from my sink pipe and through the HOA main pipe. The plumber was not able to take the snake down to the HOA main pipe and ended up entering straight forward to my neighbor's sink pipe (the unit in front of mine) and breaking his P trap, which caused his kitchen and part of his living room to fill with sewage. Besides that, the water that came out of the drain in my neighbor's unit ended leaking into the unit below him and damaging his ceiling with sewage. The company denied responsibility and did not repair any damage.

This is an email I sent to the company (twice) with no response. I'm withholding names because I hold the company responsible, not the individuals.
Hey guys,
just wanted to commit to writing what my experience has been with your service and hopefully, maybe bring the case to a more reasonable conclusion:
A while ago I called for an 'emergency' service appointment because water pooling on the floor of my bathroom around the toilet. To me, my untrained amateur non-plumber eye, it looked like the toilet was leaking water.
Q was great on the phone, X and Y showed up exactly as promised.
X took one look at the water around the toilet and immediately diagnosed the problem as a worn out something-something and told me they would have to remove the toilet to fix the leak.
As we now know, this was the wrong diagnosis. He made a mistake.
The actual leak (which continues now) is coming from a broken valve on the sink next to the toilet and just happened to be pooling the water at the base of the toilet.
The work on the toilet however, continued and I was charged over $350 for work that we now know was not necessary because the toilet was never broken and did not need the work to continue to function - it was certainly NOT an emergency situation.
When I called to have you folks come out to fix the actual problem I was told I would be charged full price for the work because the mis-diagnosis was my fault and that, anyway, the toilet was in need of repair.
This is an extremely frustrating position to put me in - $350 is a lot of money for a job that was unnecessary, didn't fix the problem and then be told that it was my fault that this happened.
As a customer I would expect some kind of refund or fix in order to make this right.
Thanks,
VS
ADDENDUM: In the reply (pretending we did not have a conversation on the phone yesterday) the company is completely re-writing history in quite brazen and disappointing ways. They seem to have an accountability problem, completely unable to own up to mistakes.

I had great experience with Active Plumbing Solutions. Drake was the plumber who detected and fixed three leaks in the last couple months concerning a rental property I have. My unit is unfortunately a downstairs unit and sustained leaks from upstairs and from common wall pipes. For the first two leaks, other plumbers I hired couldn't find the causes and Drake was very thorough on inspection, and accurately identified the causes. For the third leak, I directly hired Drake without hesitation. Drake provided reasonable estimate for his arrival window, and when he knew he was about to run late due to other jobs running overtime, he had the courtesy to call ahead of time to notify me. He was always punctual on appointment, communicated well and he is honest, caring and professonal. I hope I don't have to use his service again, but if I do, I will definitely hire him.
