Matthew was super responsive, quick, and professional. We needed a gas valve and dryer installed. He was able to give an estimate based on what I described and gave straightforward responses. My wife and I recently purchased a new home, there was a link in the upstairs restroom. I contacted Active Plumbing and they sent a crew out right away to assess the problem. They determined the job and got straight to work. about 3 hours later the technicians were finished and gave me a reasonable yet fair total for the job. I have been in my house since December 1992. My house never cooled or heated correctly. Went through a house fire 2007. Oakwood fire and water damage in Brea was hired to rebuild the house correctly. Farmers insurance paid all the bills. Oakwood did not rebuild the house correctly. Oakwood had to refund alot of money to Farmers insurance and me. After the AC went out again,decided to call CL Robert to make it right. CL Robert did a awesome job, well worth the money. I highly recommend CL Robert to take care all your needs. My house has never cooled like this. All we feel is when the AC turns on is the cooled air ,barley hear the AC turn on. Can't wait for the cooled to use the heater. We contacted Diamond House Plumbing because the drains in our kitchen and bathrooms were acting up. Joshua responded within minutes and set up an appointment to have Steven come out the same day. Both of them have been fantastic with answering any questions and their answers are easy to understand. My wife and I work odd schedules and they have been very accommodating to our schedules. Joshua sat down with us and explained all of our options and informed us on what was necessary and what things we could take care of later. I appreciate that because it makes me feel that they really have what's best for the customer in mind. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
