Replacement of leaking Moen shower cartridge was performed very quickly. Cause of leaking shower cartridge was found to be defective water pressure regulator. Water pressure in the house was around 90psi vs normal 60psi. A few days later the pressure regulator was procured and installed very quickly.

Carson and Dustin were absolute professionals. Out of everyone we called in our area, they were the only ones to respond and fit us in ASAP. They were able to get our toilet and bathtub draining for us, and they were friendly the whole time. Just good dudes. First I want to say a BIG Thank You to the woman who returned my call after 7pm on the Sunday evening before Labor Day. And also to Ian and Joseph for the great job that they did!! With out a doubt this is the best service I have every received. Let me explain. I received a call from my Sister (who lives with my 91 yr old mom) around 6 pm that Sunday evening saying that there was a loud noise that came from the AC outside and it started to get extremely warm inside (over 105 outside). After looking on Angi. I called a couple of referred contractor made calls and only one called me back but couldn't schedule an appointment until Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. I found 5 Star on Google, which had more than 300 great reviews, and said they were open 24/7. I called and left a msg as well as an online msg and received a call back within 15 min or so. I explained my sister and mom's situation and she had an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning on Labor Day. The next morning I received a text msg letting me know that Ian was on his way over. Within about 30 minutes, I received a call from Ian explaining the situation. Letting me know that the current unit was approx 30 yrs old and that it, along with the Heat Exchange unit, would also need to be replaced. Within approx 15 mins we had loan approval. Because of the heat situation, I requested that they start right away. Without blinking an eye, Ian made a few calls and then made some adjustments to his schedule to start the project to replace immediately. They took the old unit out on Monday and worked tirelessly (over 12 hours on Tuesday with hardly any breaks, according to my Sister) to get everything completed by Tuesday Evening. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their services!! THANK YOU!!

My galvanized pipes were dripping close to my outside wall in front of my house and corrosion prevented my turning off the drips. Planned to call 3 plumbers and choose one. However the week before plumber number one never made it for my requested 2pm appointment until 6pm-when he finally was available. The second plumber was to come the next week. On the scheduled day a phone call and minutes later Bryan arrived. I requested the pipe and faucet to be replaced. And I asked him to go deep to replace the pipe after we discussed the fees. After starting the project, my pipe had broken off with minimal manipulation. I had suspected it could be very expensive but the estimate was reasonable so my husband and I agreed to replacement of my very old and leaking galvanized pipes. Bryan placed a temporary PVC flexible pipe and scheduled complete replacement for two days later. Possibly needed to remove concrete across driveway. However the completed job was less than the estimate and no concrete was removed. Bryan with Danny and Zion did a great job. From now on Pride Plumbing Services is our go to plumber.
