Good Job, expensive but fair price of $3800

Great customer service and very professional. Arrived on time and took care of a drain that was clogged at our business. Will definitely hire again for any other plumbing needs that arise.

Called in the morning around 7:30 and they were at my house by 8:30 to clean out the lines of my tankless water heater.

They were fast and efficient. Good value, great service.

We needed an outside pump replaced that was leaking. We called Mike about it on a Saturday (so glad he answered even though it was the weekend!) and he came Monday to inspect. His guys came over Wednesday morning to fix it - they were prompt and done within 2 hours. And the price was so reasonable! We'll definitely go back to Cross Plumbing for future issues.

This man is what I call a perfectionist at his trade with a great sence of humor. You will not find many plumbers like him I know because I do plumbing . Highly recommend him 100 percent

Excellent experience all around. Jim, Jim Jr., and Aaron were courteous, professional, and very helpful in meeting my needs. Unlike some of the other plumbing companies I contacted, Jim did not try to pressure me into buying a new water heater or repipe my house. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Their estimate was much lower than other places I called, and they stuck to it. I'm definitely using them for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

The owner is top notch and so is the entire team! My family has rental units in the Riverside area and these are my new go to guys when it comes to these older units... I had guys from other companies ... try ... and just walk away from the job site... these guys are class act, fair pricing and get the job done even if it means leaving for extra tools or guys with more expertise in the area... they are super professional and will only work with this team from here on out!

Marc and Ean and good guys. Was the only plumbers that I was able to find same day. Luckily I'm only down the street from them. Needed a hose bib replaced and they gave me an estimate on the phone. Gave me the options and possible costs. Very easy to work with and they were fast. I would definitely use them again and they came within their stated timeframe.

First time using this company. John came shortly after calling to repair main line leak. Replaced regular piping with all new copper pipe. He was professional, fast and the pricing was great!
