I bought this condo and found out there is no water in the bathroom sink. It turned out the downstairs neighbor has capped the pipe in order to fix a leak. John came in, helped me to diagnose the problem and fixed the pipe in the least invasive way. When my the neighbor downstairs refused to share half of the cost as we agreed before, Lynda volunteered to call her and resolved the issue. Excellent service, reasonable price! The plumber came on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly assessed and solved the problem. I'd definitely choose Anthony's Plumbing again if the need arises.

TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

These guys have been a great experience for me at a time when things were not going well. They're very clear with their explanation and very thorough with their work. When I have plumbing needs this is the who I call first.

Called Chuck on Sunday night . arrived Monday as requested. Had a new AC installed buy Wednesday. Chilling out at 76 deg. Great job guys. Clean and professional.

I'm really happy with the work. I noticed my ceiling was absorbing water somehow in the corner, turns out my upstairs bathroom toilet was leaking I never noticed it was leaking because the valve is behind the toilet and the water was going through walls straight down Budget Plumbing found the leak really quickly and most important is that the leak is gone. Professional approach and it didn't take much time. I think that the most important thing when dealing with plumbers. I'll count on them in the future.
