Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

Jim & Sons Plumbing was the most courteous ,professional, and honest company I have dealt with in a long time.I was told that they would be at my house at 10am on Monday and I asked if they could make it sooner I’ll be home. I got a call from them asking if it would be okay if he started at 8:30 am I said yes and he arrived introduced himself and started detecting the water leak , traced the water line, found the water leak , told me what it my options were, told me what it would cost which was extremely fair. I told him to fix the problem which he did and my water was back on now I’m doing great without the stress of a leak

I want to give my recommendation on Make it Drain plumbing , just had them out to replace my water heater and they were fair , kind , pleasant and cleaned up after the job was done. I will use them again if need be in the future .

It happened during a 16 hour power outage, our water heater died. Not sure if it was the power outage or the fourteen years it's been doing a great job of heating our water. Our son is a contractor and recommended we call Big John's Plumbing in Riverside. It was Saturday so we called and left a message. Someone at Big John's Plumbing called on Sunday morning and we confirmed that the repair could wait until Monday morning. Mr. Ramon showed up Monday and worked for three hours+ to replace the water heater. He ran into several non-compliance methods used when the original water heater was installed. He revised and installed the correct connections and insured we were up to code. We had hot water an hour after Mr. Ramon's departure.

We would recommend Big John's Plumbing, for any of your plumbing needs, I'm sure, but especially if you are in need of a new water heater. They've got you covered.
