Making a review after seeing how relieved my grandfather was with the service.Splash Plumbing representative Aaron was extremely professional and got us out of a hole when other plumbers we consulted were looking to bury us deeper.They did an excellent repair and replacement of the piping under my bathtub without having to destroy my bathroom tiling, which other plumbers were certain was going to be necessary.I am extra satisfied not only with the service done, but with the pricing as well.I would recommend them to anyone.

I called this company today at 4:28 pm to do a leak detection and possible repair on a job that my company is doing work on. I received their after hours acting receptionist who was a great customer service person but upon reaching out to the technician, I was informed They do not do leak detection for Water Damage companies. Wow seeing as our businesses go hand in hand in this industry it is bizarre to me that they would discriminate when it comes to a job. But whatever won't try this company again. For free leak detection I wanted to pay for one. When attempting to book the location I asked what the cost was and offered to pay over the phone right then and there.l also looking for an estimate on repair once the leak was found and if the price was agreeable I would have gone with this company to make the repair on top of it we have no problems paying. I was told specifically sorry we do not do anything for water damage companies.

Prompt and efficient drain cleaning

Absolutely 0 professionalism. They came in as contracted with Fidelity, every question I would ask would get me a rude answer like ‘you’re not a plumber, you won’t know’. The guy was taking personal calls during the service, kept complaining and kept minding me asking questions and acted frustrated. I must’ve heard ‘You’re not a plumber’ 6 times in the 2 hours already to some genuine questions about what’s broken.
