Reviews
Avoid this company. They will talk you into services you don't need at an inflated price. Took advantage of us in a time of emergency.
We had a sprinkler valve leak. Water filled up wole are around valves. I diverted the water night before. My warranty company sent Daniel's plumbing it was not covered so I went cash. I was not at home, Daniel came looked at water and told my wife she needed a leak detection to find it. Told my wife there is a leak in sprinkler supply line to sprinkler valves. Sprinkler valves weren't touched or water removed from hole. Confinvinced my wife there was no shut off valve to secure system and find leak. Option was to dig up cement run new supply 5k+. Or add a shut off valve let leak dry and fix it myself in a few weeks when I'm free. The third option was to cap sprinkler system all together. Chose to add shut off for about 500 more. The neighbors sprinkler Valles were visible he said look they don't have a shut off either. A shut off valve with a cap closing the whole system off was installed. Option 2 amd three after video call and agreed. Then next day I saw there was a cap and shut off I called company for days getting them out to fix mistake and add a valve so system is working. It was finally fixed to pre agreed and shutoff valve based on not having one.
Weeks later when I came home. I vacuumed water out of hole by sprinkler valves, I looked left 2 ft away and there was already a shut off valve in the system. Also visible at neighbors 15 ft away. Saw there was a T that was disconnected directly under wet valve. I glued it reconnected the T. The system was now perfect with no leaks. I used glue and 10 minutes of digging directly where water was. Recommended fix was 5k, digging up cement and supply lines.
So I paid over 1000$ for a leak detection (was obvious where it was) and a 500$ valve I ready had installed in system.
My wife and I were talked advantage of and talked into something we had hoping we wouldn't know the difference.
I have contacted company with no answer back at all won't return calls, texts, voicmails, emails.
Do not use this company they will not be Profesional and take advantage of you.
Daniel's Plumbing was contracted by Fidelity National Home Warranty to address a leaking sink hot water dispenser and diagnose a slowly drip in the bathroom. The person they sent was very friendly and let me know that the slow drip was due to corroded and blocked galvanized pipe and that there was nothing they could do as it was not in my terms of service. Okay, no problem. But then they left without looking at the kitchen sink. I have been unable to reach them at the number provided since. The work order has not been completed, so I can't get someone back out to look at it through the websites portal.
Preferred vendor from insurance company, they stated a 96% positive rating. Owner was great, very friendly and seemed legit.
My water heater went out and they arrived the next day. Poor customer service, took 1 week to resolve. Never returned my phone calls, they choose to text me instead, poor communication, was late to thier stated window, and really didn't care we didn't have hit water for a week.
Service and install seems good, appears to be quality work. I wouldn't recommend in an emergency or if you have urgent needs.
We really like his services on time - reasonable prices-very clean and very respectful . This is second time using his services well recommended .

Great plumber, and awesome guy. Always goes above and beyond for his customer. He installed a 50 gallon water heater in my house and did great work. So glad we have hot water now lol. He was on time and very professional
Never came back to finish service. This company did not respond back to my calls or voicemails. They went complete ghost.

Blanca was rude, not friendly just called and ask for the name on filed and said the time plumber was going to be there by, and hang up. No hello, or what company she is calling from. Plumber came by and ask my husband why is he looking for at his watch even though is none of his business, but my his and told him he received a text. After he comes I’m and looks at the clogged toilet and flushed it, and told my his and the diagnostic without doing other work. After he goes to the other problem about the leaking bath tub which is on the second floor but he only take a picture of a whole that we made because the dry wall seem different texture from the rest of the sealing. He gets his phone and take a picture. Tells my husband he will be back for the toilet after talking to the warranty department and also to look what’s causing the leak on the tub which he never bother looking to begin with. We didn’t hear from him since and put complete on the work order with the warranty company. Call the warranty company and explain what he did and told me the diagnostic he came up with just by looking without using any of his tools or getting his hands dirty and told them there was so many issues just by looking at a 1”inch ceiling hole. Really!!! They are scammers!!!! They are putting falsely claims to the warranty company so the customer doesn’t get coverage and they get easy money for only 5 minute visit. Yes it took only 5 minutes and I paid 85 dollars for that.
I was referred to them by Old republic for plumbing issues. the person who answers the phone is rude, unprofessional and a liar. i left voicemail and called again next day to set up an appointment. They only wanted to come over in the window period one day in the week when I am at work. When I asked them to cancel my order they put on my warranty company's website that they have scheduled the appt with me so none else was able to take work order. when I called back the answering person hung up on me and said owner is not available. This business should be shut down by consumer bureau. They waste other peoples time. i will be taking this to the authorities and paying them a visit to show I mean serious business.

I would give this man negative stars if I could. He is not honest. He took advantage of my husband and I in a bad situation. He way over priced his services. What should have cost us no more than $600 ended up being close to triple. Because it was an emergency situation that needed to be fixed right away we didn't have the luxury of price quoting. After some calls I found that he charged almost 3 times what normal plumbers would. Then to add salt in the wound he charged almost $200 more in tax which plumbers do not charge. Would not use him again. This was definitely a buyer beware scenario.

Told me he was going to check out a water heater that he previously installed and never showed up. Then refused to take any of my calls or let me know what company originally hired him for the installation. Completely unprofessional.

The secretary literally told me “go find someone else” and hung up on me! They’re incredibly rude and unprofessional and they stole my money without completing the service. They’re frauds do not go with them!
Absolutely 0 professionalism. They came in as contracted with Fidelity, every question I would ask would get me a rude answer like ‘you’re not a plumber, you won’t know’. The guy was taking personal calls during the service, kept complaining and kept minding me asking questions and acted frustrated. I must’ve heard ‘You’re not a plumber’ 6 times in the 2 hours already to some genuine questions about what’s broken.

Highly recommend!! Excellent service
My home warranty company put a rush request in for a slab leak. 3 days later, with no running water, and they have not even contacted me though I have called, left vms, and spoke with someone once who promised to call me back. My experience is horrific communication. But, as you read other more recent reviews, maybe this was a blessing as this seems to be an awful company to work with.

Scam artists. Took the warranty company's trade call fee, walked around the house once, not even turning on the water, and, after about a grand total of five minutes' time, somehow claimed a diagnosis had been made. Tried to charge $2500 for installing an unnecessary drain cleanout. Complete thieves. Beware, if you happen to have the misfortune of having them assigned to you by a home warranty company. Thieves tend to work with thieves, it turns out.
