A+ Company, called them out for a possible Slab Leak in my home. They found the problem with in minutes and repaired it right away!! It also didn’t cost me anything out of pocket because they billed my homeowners insurance direct for the work.

Eric and his son came to the radio station I work at and cleared our storm drain that was clogged and did a great job at a very reasonable rate! Would refer them to anyone and will use them again! Make It Drain Plumbing is the best, more specifically it is Marc and Ean's professional and patient manner in explaining the problems and solutions to fixing the different plumbing issues that were causing my drains to be so sluggish. Fair pricing, great results. They made it drain all right. I am happy I found them on yelp.

Rudy came to service my clogged bathtub. Charged me 180$ Failed to explain that if the service provided didn’t work their would be an additional fee to service any other line. Rudy began clearing out the drains on the outside, & I was under the impression that in the price quoted he would also run the snake thru the inside as per usual plumbing. Tho after clearing drains outside he explained that there would in fact be an additional fee of $200 to run the snake thru the tub. I explained to Rudy that I was not aware of that as he failed to inform me. I explained to him that I didn’t not have enough money to pay for that amount, as I was misinformed. Rudy quoted ‘Do you want the service or not as I have other jobs?” Expressing no concern of care in regards to my financial situation. He then walked of the job stated he was done & would be reaching out to his supervisor. My husband retrieved him in his truck & ask that he finish the job as the bathtub is a necessity. Rudy returned apologized for his behavior & proceeded to explain that running the snake thru the drains could possibly damage or brake the drains & an additional fee would be included. As if I wasn’t already stressed enough. I asked what the possibility of that occurring was he stated 50/50. Then he rephrased himself & said it would be a 25% chance of that occurring. Which had me confused? So no now I was paying the man 400$, & running the risk that he brake my drains. Rudy was able to clear the clog in my bathtub. Had he originally run the snake thru there in the first place rather than insisting he clear the outside drains had I saved myself $200. As a paying customer I felt taken advantage off and uneasy about trusting a “professional’ to unclear the drain. Never have I had to pay my plumber $400 that I do not have to unclog my bathtub. Will most likely not ever use this service again.

Matt installed a new water heater for me. He was very helpful and polite. He responded quickly and he was extremely knowledgeable. He offered a great value for the services he performed, his quotes are much cheaper than his competitors. He was extremely professional. He arrived on time, got the job done quickly and explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire him again for any future plumbing needs.
