I was very pleased with the professionalism of the techs. Zeroed right in on the issue and took care of it. Unsure what pricing would be with other companies but I felt I received the service I paid for.

TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumber's are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

I recently had a large leak with the main line coming into my home. I called Bobby B Plumbing he came out that day was on time and within 20 mins he located the leak! He came back the next day and had all the materials he needed to run a new copper line from the city supply to the line entering my home. Tony got us up and toilet running! He worked in the cold and dark clearing the roots out of our pipes and took the time to talk with us and explain what was going on with our pipes. My neighbor had called these plumbers to correct an issue he had. While they were there working, I asked if they could fit a service on my water heater before they left.
Josh quickly realigned his schedule to accommodate me.
They did an excellent job at really short notice. Probably saved me having to get a new water heater. They also installed a pump in conjunction with the heater flow lines.
Overall, an excellent experience. I keep their info attached to the water heater. I know who to call.

Awesome customer service. Amazing work. Best plumber in Southern California. They installed 5 new toilets in a bar for me. Quickest response rate and whole hearted people. We’ve been having issues with toilets for years, HSQ has solved all of our issues in hours. We’ve called multiple plumbers out to help. No one has been able to do it except HSQ. Cannot recommend Empire leak enough! Found a puddle of water in my room. I thought a pipe burst under the slab. I wanted to cry. Called Empire Leak and Dale was here within the hour! He found the leak, a burst hose on our water heater, within 10 minutes of being here. He was amazing. Told me I just needed to fix the hose and viola problem solved. By far the best experience I’ve been had with a plumbing company. Call them. They will help and be amazing and affordable all at the same time.

Update: This has nothing really to do with this company, but Dale brought along a guy with him that “specialized in water damage”. The guy wasn’t associated with Dale or his company, but the company, FPR, are total scam artists. If Dale recommends this company or Carl do not go with them. They tell you they’ve worked with all insurance companies for the last 8,000 years but when it comes time to work with them they tell you that isn’t their job.

I needed a garbage disposal replaced. Elite was able to complete the job same day at a very reasonable rate. Their work (and communication) is A+. I will utilize Elite for all my future plumbing needs.

We did a bathroom remodel and were recommended to use Ben and his crew for the shower plumbing. He made it out quickly and worked with our tile contractor to get everything done the way the tile contractor said he wanted it. Ben and his team finished everything and we we moved on with our remodel.

I ended up calling Ben back two additional times to install a total of three faucets, one for each of the sinks in both of our bathrooms. Each time we called him back, he made it out either the same day or the next day, and the work was finished quickly with no issues.

We met Ben by chance when we were referred to him and I’m glad it all worked out this way because now I know we have a plumbing company we know and trust. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone in the Riverside area. Thanks again Ben!
