TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

Decent job on the actual plumbing repair, but I don't like that they do not have an option to leave a voicemail and it took me longer than necessary to contact them to schedule an appointment to complete the job.

My toilet backed up and flooded my house. I just moved to the area so I went to yelp and saw they are a family owned business and my gut said to go with them. I’m so happy I did. The job ended up being way more extensive than originally thought, but they have been amazing working with me and trying to save me money along the way. Joe was in my hot house for hours working away and he was so nice about it. I felt so bad but he was super professional. These guys are awesome.

Bobby came out gave me different options and was very professional. I had a problem with my water heater leaking water from the bottom. He was on time and with very reasonable pricing. Thanks again Bobby B plumbing!

We own a duplex in the Silverlake area that had a serious sewage blockage that was overflowing into the street. When I called HSQ I spoke to Ray. He responded to the unit within 2 hours and immediately set out to diagnose the problem. Within 2 days they had the blockage cleared and the break in the line fixed. Without question this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Ray was professional, knowledgeable and gave us a very fair price for the work that was involved. The quick response by HSQ saved us from having to relocate all of the tenants at an additional expense. I would recommend this company without hesitation for all of your plumbing needs. They are truly a five star plus company.

I called this company today at 4:28 pm to do a leak detection and possible repair on a job that my company is doing work on. I received their after hours acting receptionist who was a great customer service person but upon reaching out to the technician, I was informed They do not do leak detection for Water Damage companies. Wow seeing as our businesses go hand in hand in this industry it is bizarre to me that they would discriminate when it comes to a job. But whatever won't try this company again. For free leak detection I wanted to pay for one. When attempting to book the location I asked what the cost was and offered to pay over the phone right then and there.l also looking for an estimate on repair once the leak was found and if the price was agreeable I would have gone with this company to make the repair on top of it we have no problems paying. I was told specifically sorry we do not do anything for water damage companies.
