So professional and responded with in hours on a Saturday when we discovered our shower had no hot water. Our plumber technician, Germaine was so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything clearly and did exactly what he said he was going to do in exactly the price and time frame he quoted. It was honestly the smoothest plumbing service experience we have ever had. I highly recommend this company. Words cannot express how positive our experience was with Pride Plumbing!

My Husband and I would like to report an exceptional service I recieved from Ben Hill from Rescue Rooter. I had a ruptured water heater and the inside pipes burst last night and everything got destroyed in 4 to five rooms including walls in bathtub to all my floors being ruined and needing replacement, Ben called his Manager Brien at Rescue Rooter and had him come over to see just how they could help me get something done. With the okl form Brian be was able to give me contacts to all the different services I would need to accomplish the services I needed done, I can't put into words how much of a blessing he was to me and I would tell anyone HE REALLY CARES, I asked the Lord up above to send someone to help me and He was kind enough to send an Angel Ben Hill.

I cannot say enough good things about Benjamin’s Plumbing and Drain. He is honest and fair and really does quality work. He responded quickly and took care of my repairs efficiently. I would recommend him every time!

Absolutely 0 professionalism. They came in as contracted with Fidelity, every question I would ask would get me a rude answer like ‘you’re not a plumber, you won’t know’. The guy was taking personal calls during the service, kept complaining and kept minding me asking questions and acted frustrated. I must’ve heard ‘You’re not a plumber’ 6 times in the 2 hours already to some genuine questions about what’s broken.
