Woke up to a pinhole leak above our water heater that needed a specialty fitting. I reached out to A&O who was helpful and explained what was needed over the phone. While I wanted to get quotes, Jorge let me know to do a DIY temp repair to hold it over.

Come the day of the repair, the two Tech's arrived on time and were very professional. The repair took about an hour and turned out great. I'd highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

My toilet backed up and flooded my house. I just moved to the area so I went to yelp and saw they are a family owned business and my gut said to go with them. I’m so happy I did. The job ended up being way more extensive than originally thought, but they have been amazing working with me and trying to save me money along the way. I would like to personally recognize plumber Ivan Duenas. We were having sewage problems and called all city plumbing for help. Ivan was assigned to our house. My fiancé and I identified the problem before he could arrive, but he still followed through for a visit and provided very helpful advice. He was reliable and knowledgeable towards our issue and we thank him for his awesome customer service.

I called GL Plumbing and Cody answered the phone. I explained I would like an estimate on installing a sediment trap and drip pan for my water heater, he said he needed to check out the water heater to make sure everything is up to code before he could give me an estimate. Since it was a free estimate, I said OK. He was able to go in the afternoon of the same day. After checking, he said everything else was fine and he could do the installation the next day. As promised, he showed up today to complete the work. He sent me the before and after pictures so I could see what he did since this is my rental property and I was not onsite.

The fact that he wanted to check it out FREE to make sure the water heater was up to code before he gave an accurate estimate showed that he is an honest man with integrity. I also want to point out that his price was a lot more reasonable than another company I had called before him.
