This company is great. Jeremy did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I’ll use this company for all my plumbing needs.

The nice man (I don’t remember his name, sorry) that came to our home did a great job. He came within the time frame quoted. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and quick. We were fortunate enough to get an appointment the day after we called! Hopefully, I won’t need a plumber any time soon, but I would definitely use them again.

We found out we had a leak with our water heater and had to work through our Homeowners insurance account. They put us in touch with Chris from McPherson Bros Plumbing, he came out first thing in the morning. Within 5 minutes he had the problem diagnosed, 15 minutes got approval from our insurance and had it repaired in a hour or so after that! The out of pocket cost was so reasonable that the wife and I are going to have a date night (practicing social distancing of course)! McPherson Bros saved us from a hot water nightmare! Thanks Chris - definitely 5 star service!

When I tell you McPhersonBros Plumbing is the Best Plumbing Company I’ve Ever Used I’m speaking from experience. Our Home has been through 5 yes 5 problems which caused water damage five different times so we have seen our Share of Plumbing businesses and they were Terrible, Trying to Get more money from us and our insurance company so I know Great Value and Service when I see it. Mike came and fixed a stopped up toilet quickly because everything I tried didn't work.

Had to work through the Home Warranty. Water heater failed on Thanksgiving night, flooding the kitchen and causing much damage. This warranted having to place a claim with my Homeowner's Insurance. Water did a lot of damage, as the water heater was located in the interior laundry room.. . adjacent to the kitchen. Mike went to work with getting me in touch with a restoration company. They got me a temporary water heater and installed dryers to eliminate the moisture. I can't speak highly enough of the way they handled my trauma. We paid them to relocate the unit to the garage, so I won't have that problem again.

I will use this guy's again and again hands down best plumbing company ever Mike was really friendly and professional and understood my problem. Then Jeremy came out found the problem and fixed it right away.

They came in on time and took care of my issue promptly. I would definitely use them again.

Had to call my home warranty to get my kitchen pipes cleared. Originally was not supposed to come out for a week, but made it out the same day. My pipes were cleared in 45 minutes, maybe less. Mike was very nice AND professional. He will be the only plumber I use from now on. Thank you!!

On time and awesome. Mike showed up and diagnosed my slab leak very quick. This is the second time it's happened to me and I was very happy with the knowledge and expertise that mike showed. I will definetly call this company back for any of my plumbing needs.

Mike was awesome! He came to my house twice and was punctual both times and able to very quickly determine what the issues were. He replaced 2 toilets in less than an hour and a half and solved the problem entirely. What I appreciate most is how friendly he was. I would highly recommend using this company. Thanks guys!

We had Chris from McPherson Bros Plumbing come out to fix some plumbing issues a previous plumber had totally messed up on. Chris called to schedule a time to come out and was very friendly and professional. He was very understanding of our hectic schedule and worked with us. He showed up right on time and was very nice and helpful. He explained everything that was wrong and that needed to be done to fix our problem. He had to come back another day due to home warranty but again worked with our schedule. He called the next time he came back to let me know that he was on his way. He was in and out within the hour and completely and thoroughly fixed the work from the previous plumber. Chris was great and I would 100% recommend the McPherson Bros Plumbing to anyone!

McPherson Bros Plumbing may be new to the area but already is making a big impact and after having Mike come out I can understand why. He came out to my parents house on short notice even thought he was busy. Met with my Dad, Steve, and went over the situation completely with him. Then had it fixed within 30 mins. After being professional, efficient and maintaining a high level of quality work came, the bill. Now that was the surprise because he informed Steve that the job was easy and only charged a minimal fee. Being that I assist my parents now that they are getting up in age it is wonderful to know companies like Mcpherson Bros Plumbing are around. Mike made sure my dad was completely comfortable and took care of him with quality work. 6/16/2021 UPDATE: Still awesome! Had several dripping fixtures, Mike came out and assessed, Jeremy came out and fixed. The kitchen fixture couldn't be repaired, homebuyer's warranty would only replace with builder grade, they saw we had a Delta faucet, Mike went the extra mile and called Delta knowing we would have a lifetime warranty. Delta is now sending us a replacement and Jeremy will be back out to replace the old one. Thanks Mike and Jeremy for going the extra mile! You guys are AWESOME!

Mike was sent out through our home warranty company because we were having issues with our water heater turning off. He showed up during the window he gave us, and replaced the necessary parts. We’ve had issues with plumbers sent through the warranty company in the past but Mike was honest and friendly and clean. We will definitely be using him in the future and will be recommending him to our family and friends.

McPherson Bros plumbing was GREAT! I had a home warranty claim and Mike thoroughly explained what might not be covered by the warranty. There were no unexpected costs, since he told us this up front. He was always on time and friendly. Through no fault of his, the repairs to the water heater area took much longer than expected but he stayed in touch and completed the installation the day after the repairs were finished. You can't even tell he was here - except for the pretty new water heater!! No mess left behind at all. Great job and I would highly recommend them!!

Mike came out both times we had to put in a work request through our insurance. He was timely and pleasant. He walked me through the details of the issue, work needed and things for us to keep on our radar. He did great work and left everything clean! Total plus!!

Great service. Mike was very honest and professional. I have called McPherson's twice for different issues I had with my hot water heater and he was able to get me up and running quickly both times.

Our plumbers for life! They were recommended by a neighbor, who was so effusive about their service we thought she must be related or something. Now we know why they came so highly recommended. Total professionals all the way. We had a water leak in our house. Michael happened to have a call in the area, and showed up promptly the day we called to assess the problem. He came back the next day with Chris and the leak detection equipment, and they both promptly dealt with the problem. The service fee was so reasonable that my wife was arguing that they should charge more. These guys are the real deal.

Had the pleasure of having Mike work on my garbage disposal and my bathroom. I had pretty bad leaks. He was able to fix everything. He was really professional. I would definitely be calling again for any future plumbing issue. Highly recommend.
