We converted a bath tub to a shower and a dual lav to a single. Lots of plumbing involved. We engaged Mike Salazar of On Point Plumbing for the job. The quality of his work is outstanding. From the soldering of the copper pipes to the re-alignment of the lav plumbing, Mike’s superior skill was demonstrated. The supplier of fixtures and parts was less than efficient and Mike had to make repeated visits to install them as they came in. He did so without complaint, without added charges over a period of two months. An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

I have used Root-O-Matic for years to do plumbing repairs, full replumbs, sewer line replacement, and a whole lot more. Johnny and his team is fantastic!

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

So, my toilet needed removal and replacement. I called IHS Plumbing and a very nice lady named Taylor immediately set up at appointment with Tracy for 11:30 today. Tracy arrived on time ready to go. He removed my old commode and replaced the new one in no time flat. He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all of my silly questions. When in my garage, he notice that the recirculating pump to my water heater was not connected and did that free of charge. He also explained to me what it did. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Communication: I was referred to them by another client who also highly recommended them. I reached out on the weekend and received timely and professional response within reasonable hours of the day. Adan communicated possible times that would work for both of us for a leak inspection and was timely and considerate about the potential severity of the situation.

Scheduling: Adan was able to pencil me in between appointment schedules and had great communication about possible times. He worked with my busy work schedule to find an ideal time within a reasonable time frame.

Professionality: When Adan and his partner arrived on site, they were professional, courteous and considerate. Thorough in their examination, and listened to what my concerns were and investigated the issue from multiple angles and different possible systems.

Price: I believe that the price of the service was very reasonable for the quality and professionalism experienced.

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

They charged me 2 hours labor when they were only here for 25 minutes. What a rip-off.

Way too much stuff in the aisles. It's gotten to the point where it's difficult to maneuver with carts and around other people.

We hired them to clean drain lines and put a camera in the lines to look for blockage. The guy who answers the phone was completely unprofessional and demanding to a point of being completely rude. Refused to give us the video of the lines they worked in after we paid for them to use a camera in the lines to look for the blockage. Service guy in the field is nice enough, but the owner/guy who answers the phone was just rude. Will not hire them again and will not refer them to anyone else.
