Best Video Inspection in Reno NV

My neighbor had his sewer pipe collapse, and it runs through my yard, so I agreed to let these guys come into my yard to work on it. Not only did they have to kill 2 old growth lilac trees, but they tore up a huge part of my lawn with their backhoe, leaving tracks and torn up sod everywhere. Didn’t bother trying to fix anything. Then they had to move a heavy 50 year old swingset with 6 guys. Did they move it back? Of course not. Leave it for an older couple to try to move. Very unprofessional company to say the least.

I called Mike at RCP about a leaking shower valve that was dripping into the garage. He took the time to see if any of the service providers were available immediately. Unfortunately no one was available on such short notice, so I did shut off the water and did the repair myself. However, his responsiveness and willingness to try speaks volumes about their customer service attitude. Military and Vets take note that RCP supports your service and offers a military/vet discount. In January 2019 I had a well drilled in very difficult terrain and weather conditions. The team that came out were fantastic! Just getting their rigs to the drill location was an adventure, up and down frozen dirt trails, but they did it. They worked thru snow storms, wind, and very cold weather and never faltered. The office staff were professional and helpful with every question I had. I really couldn’t be happier with the service MacKay provided and it was worth every penny! Highly recommended!!!

S&S replaced my old water heater. They did a great job and also added an expansion tank. They quickly got the old one out and the new one in. Same day service was much appreciated as well.

Rooter man charged my father several thousand dollars to replace a pump in the sewer. It broke within 90 days and they refuse to fix it. The owner accused my father of digging it up and shoving a stick in it to break it. My father is a retired veteran and is on a limited income. These people are awful.
