The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Thanks so much for the professional curtiousness. Called them for help with a relatively minor problem with my hot water heater. They were out the next day; problem was found and fixed quickly, at a competitive price. Great to deal with.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Adan and his helper Miguel did an excellent job installing a new 50 gallon water heater the very next morning on a Sunday after I had just called the day before, Saturday 9/9/2023. He kept to his quote of $2100 after seeing 2 photos of the old water heater.
Both men were friendly and informative while doing their complex work and triple checking everything. They accepted my personal check and would have taken cash or debit card. Using a credit card would have cost me 3% more. Awesome work!

Replaced my water heater and brought it up to code through my home warranty provider. They were professional and did a nice job. The extra I had to pay to bring it up to code was reasonable.
