We converted a bath tub to a shower and a dual lav to a single. Lots of plumbing involved. We engaged Mike Salazar of On Point Plumbing for the job. The quality of his work is outstanding. From the soldering of the copper pipes to the re-alignment of the lav plumbing, Mike’s superior skill was demonstrated. The supplier of fixtures and parts was less than efficient and Mike had to make repeated visits to install them as they came in. He did so without complaint, without added charges over a period of two months. The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

Our current water heater began leaking suddenly . Mike and his associate Mack arrived as per my emergency request and performed the repairs and replacement of the water heater . They were exceptionally knowledgeable as to what needed to be done to resolve all issues in replacement of the water heater. Great service.

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

I had been making calls and getting estimates for a couple of weeks to get our water heater replaced. Other places I called in town were too busy to send someone out to give me a quote and couldn’t get me on the schedule for a few weeks. Then other places came out but were more expensive or didn’t back to me with a quote. I called Root-o-matic and even though they were busy too, someone came out right away. When he saw how bad our water heater was leaking he offered to pull it out right then and there and put a new one in the next morning. And also gave me a fair price. Our whole family is so grateful! Thank you Root-O-Matic and especially Darrin. Darrin was very experienced and skilled, and most importantly, kind. I’ll call these guys again if we need them.

Highly recommend. Absolutely great company with personable and professional employees. Put in a call on a Saturday and they were at my house in North Tahoe within an hour. The plumber, Ryan, had everything ship-shape in less time than I expected and the price was fair.

Sean M. recently replaced our mainline water supply at our home in Reno. Due to a recently deceased family member, the house sat vacant while we repaired multiple items. Sean understood how difficult it was for us to manage our projects from across the country so he constantly provided photos and updates while remaining available by cell at all times. The project ended up becoming very complex and required constant change orders to fix irrigation valves, irrigation leaks, and every other little problem that arises from a vacant home. Sean was patient throughout and did not use it as an opportunity to take advantage of us. Service remained prompt and fairly priced. We'll use Sean for all of our required services going forward.

Adan and his helper Miguel did an excellent job installing a new 50 gallon water heater the very next morning on a Sunday after I had just called the day before, Saturday 9/9/2023. He kept to his quote of $2100 after seeing 2 photos of the old water heater.
Both men were friendly and informative while doing their complex work and triple checking everything. They accepted my personal check and would have taken cash or debit card. Using a credit card would have cost me 3% more. Awesome work!

Replaced my water heater and brought it up to code through my home warranty provider. They were professional and did a nice job. The extra I had to pay to bring it up to code was reasonable.

They agreed to take a post dated check, even put it in the contract, then deposited it right away before the post date, and overdrew my checking account. The plumber they sent to do the installation was very rude. I will never use them again.

So far, I've been holding for 12 minutes to get a price for installing flooring...wake me up when they answer.
