We converted a bath tub to a shower and a dual lav to a single. Lots of plumbing involved. We engaged Mike Salazar of On Point Plumbing for the job. The quality of his work is outstanding. From the soldering of the copper pipes to the re-alignment of the lav plumbing, Mike’s superior skill was demonstrated. The supplier of fixtures and parts was less than efficient and Mike had to make repeated visits to install them as they came in. He did so without complaint, without added charges over a period of two months. Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

Jerry from Silver State Plumbing was top notch. He was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our home plumbing repair was done right! I was extremely impressed with the service and would recommend Silver State to all my family, friends, and acquaintances.

These guys did a fabulous job, on my sewer line, in a very difficult situation. We live in an older neighborhood where the city sewer line and easements go down between the back yards of the houses on the block. My 65+ year old “Orangeburg” sewer line was nearly completely collapsed. Many years ago my neighbor had built a block wall and planted lilac bushes right on top of the easement where the city line existed. We had to get to the line from the neighbor’s back yard or remove the wall to access it from my property. We got permission to access it and I had to cut 2 lilac bushes down. One was dead and the other almost dead and they were exactly on top of where my line and the neighbor’s line connected to the city line. There was minimal damage to our yards from the rubber tracked mini-excavator that A1 used. It was unbelievable how many big rocks are in the ground in our neighborhood. In 2 days A1 Plumbing was able to dig a few holes and pipe bust my entire 50 foot + line and replace the old collapsed pipe. Our line was only out of commission for about 5 hours the 2nd day. All the holes were filled back in and I only have some cleanup work to rake out some spots on the grassy areas where the rubber excavator tracks bunched it up a little, and pick up some of the new rocks that got exposed. It feels great to be able to flush the toilet and know that the material is moving into the city system and NOT coming back at me. Thanks Jay and the rest of the A1 crew for a great job.

Highly recommend. Absolutely great company with personable and professional employees. Put in a call on a Saturday and they were at my house in North Tahoe within an hour. The plumber, Ryan, had everything ship-shape in less time than I expected and the price was fair.

Spoke with Taylor in the AM and was scheduled with Clarence for the same day in the afternoon.

Clarence arrived as scheduled and assessed work previously done by a different company. Clarence was upfront about pricing and even ran over to Home Depot at one point to pickup a piece we needed. All within the allotted time.

Clarence explained his work each step of the way, like a good doctor would.

We’re pleased with the work he did and could easily recommend IHS to others and will call on them if we need future work.

My granddaughter pulled the shower trap cover out while playing in the shower and her yellow ducky went down the drain lol So I called Van Allen Plumbing who are only several blocks from us. They were able to send help within an hour of my call. Josh was able to get the ducky out and save us from having a blockage problem!!! I recommend this business they were professional and timely with response to our plumbing problem.

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Way too much stuff in the aisles. It's gotten to the point where it's difficult to maneuver with carts and around other people.

schedule to come out to check septic tank same day, called me to verify and said yea ill give you a call right before I get there. Did not bother to let me know they would not be coming out after all. Poor communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
