Best Replacement Bathroom in Reno NV

Our plumber did an outstanding job rebuilding and repairing our headache-causing sink. Moreover, he's very proactive! Strongly recommended!

These guys did a fabulous job, on my sewer line, in a very difficult situation. We live in an older neighborhood where the city sewer line and easements go down between the back yards of the houses on the block. My 65+ year old “Orangeburg” sewer line was nearly completely collapsed. Many years ago my neighbor had built a block wall and planted lilac bushes right on top of the easement where the city line existed. We had to get to the line from the neighbor’s back yard or remove the wall to access it from my property. We got permission to access it and I had to cut 2 lilac bushes down. One was dead and the other almost dead and they were exactly on top of where my line and the neighbor’s line connected to the city line. There was minimal damage to our yards from the rubber tracked mini-excavator that A1 used. It was unbelievable how many big rocks are in the ground in our neighborhood. In 2 days A1 Plumbing was able to dig a few holes and pipe bust my entire 50 foot + line and replace the old collapsed pipe. Our line was only out of commission for about 5 hours the 2nd day. All the holes were filled back in and I only have some cleanup work to rake out some spots on the grassy areas where the rubber excavator tracks bunched it up a little, and pick up some of the new rocks that got exposed. It feels great to be able to flush the toilet and know that the material is moving into the city system and NOT coming back at me. Thanks Jay and the rest of the A1 crew for a great job.

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

Mike one of the technicians verbally stated a week without hot water was not an emergency unless we get paid extra for it and we'd have loved to pay extra for it, unfortunately Mike answered the phone at a number given to us by our home warranty company and he couldn't be more bothered to discuss the issue, cursing several times, talking over me, and laughing, belittling the fact that a house 6 people and 3 kids have no hot water, Mike and subsequently Vanallen plumbings stance that there is no emergency unless Vanallen gets paid extra (Vanguard as professionals can not assess the situation take ownership and call for a fee increase? Wonder why..... Popular football game weekend... Go figure Mike stated we just don't work Weekends to my wife after the big game they do? well if your paid extra and no football Mike and Vanallen does, but it's situational. Currently carving out as much time as I need to bring attention to Vanallen Plumbing and their core values and the pillars that make up their belief system as a business and ensure on my end that today every warranty company that gives them warranty work will know, it's my goal to hopefully show the warranty company's the reasons why they should eliminate sending work orders to them, I personally have been a technician for many years but am traveling currently or I'd have not bothered Mike and Vanallen during football, Mike refused give me his bosses number, fair. Enough but when you call every person on the website or the main number, it just goes straight to Mike.

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Took 4 days to get an appt and then were suppose to he out between 1 and 4, then 4:45 and then 7:30. It's now 8:53 and we're going to bed. No call no show.

They came out today and tried to fix but were unable and I'm waiting for an estimate for repair.

Before they left I asked if they drained the water from the tub and they said they did........ I just got home and what was a dime size spot on the ceiling before they came out is now a 4 foot square of sheet rock ready to drop and water all over the wood floor. They didn't wet vac out the tub.

We called this morning and talked with Taylor. She was very courteous, friendlyThere was an opening about 2 and Tracy would be the service rep. Tracy called shortly after and said he was a head of schedule and as if we were home if it was ok to come early. It worked for us. Tracy was shown the issue and had it repaired in a matter of minutes. Neat, clean and also efficient. 5 star service for us. Thank you.

Zach Gibson plumbed and wired our very efficient, existing geothermal radiant heating system to enable it to also provide efficient cooling. We were impressed with Zach’s knowledge and skills, as well as his friendly and professional manner. This summer’s temperatures are already putting the new system to a test, and we are thrilled with the results!

S&S replaced my old water heater. They did a great job and also added an expansion tank. They quickly got the old one out and the new one in. Same day service was much appreciated as well.

Okay it is Saturday morning and our main line is back up. We are knowing we have to call Gavin. Bullseye Plumbing is Gavin and he has been out plumber for over a decade. I never write reviews but since I am asking to come on a Saturday Morning on a vacation weekend and I know he will come and get right to it and we will talk and catch up. He simply does what a plumber does. When he can't do something he has recommended great people to do the job. What more do you want. I know and expect to pay more for this morning after all he is getting into my family's sewer lines.

He took interest in solving our home's very specific and confusing plumbing issue, and I appreciated his quick communication and flexibility in schedule.
