Best Home Comfort System in Reno NV

I called several companies around me in California then decided to call Gibson Plumbing. Michelle told me that they are licensed to service California. I talked to Cary who had me take pictures of my old A/C and heater unit. He gave me options then set a date to come out here. He showed up with 3 other of his employees and had everything finished before any of the other companies would even look at it. The job is clean, it worked the first time. I am very happy with their work and I recommend them to anyone needing work done.

1 star is a compliment. They came out four times in one week, had no idea what was going on with my unit, yet still felt it was necessary that I paid the $89 service fee for them coming out. They had the manager call me saying it isn’t their fault, “he goes by facts and numbers, and my unit is leaking constantly because we live in a dry climate”. The manager also said something along the lines that it’s wasting THEIR time coming out here so many times in a week. When in reality it’s wasting mine, leaving work since someone has to be here while they are here and it should have been fixed the first time. I will never use or refer anyone to this company. Very unsatisfied
