Art's Plumbing replumbed our entire house to replace our defective Kitec plumbing. They were reasonably priced, polite, professional, and prompt. They did a great job, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend!!!

Our air-conditioning went out last night. I called BRIX and they were here this mornning. They had all the parts on the truck and fixed our air-conditioning very quickly. Very professional, knowledgable service. I asked how they got to me so fast? I was told the Business is based out of South Reno. I had a kitchen sink I wanted to replace, and let me tell you, they make sinks differently than when my builder grade sink was installed years ago. (long story) God blessed me with Phil at RCP. I couldn’t ask for a nicer, more experienced, on time, always returned my calls and texts, kind of guy, and he did a beautiful job installing my beautiful sink. Thank you Phil! I’m going to miss you! Maybe I’ll redo my master bath now that I know who I can call and count on. Denver came with Phil on the final install and he was great too. Thanks guys!

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Great company to deal with. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and were highly knowledgable. The technician, Rodney, was super helpful, polite, and did a great job explaining to me in simple terms the simple solution to my gas line problem (that another water plumber couldn't fix the first time). He also went the extra mile to help me communicate with the fireplace company so I would be back in business with getting my fireplace fixed. I would highly recommend this company and their technician Rodney. 5 stars for sure.

Andy was on time, very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. All contacts with Paschall Plumbing have been very pleasant. Angie in the office was helpful when scheduling my appointment and sending my invoice to me.

So far, I've been holding for 12 minutes to get a price for installing flooring...wake me up when they answer.
