Both Nick Rehman & Drake were here today @ my home to follow-up on a repair from 29 Mar 22 regarding new Glazer Bay faucet install (3 Ea.). Faucet downstairs in bathroom water line cracked when original technician was here to replace. Cold water was shut off from the angle stop.Home Depot was called per Nevada Heating Tech and coordinated with Nevada Heating on how to resolve the issue. Nick contact me via telephone yesterday morning (30 Mar) @ 9:15 a.m. PST to address what he recommended and volunteered to come to my home with Drake to take look. Nick quoted me pricing for new water lines and angle stops in case I need for upstairs master bathroom which has 2 sinks with 2 new faucets. Both faucets upstairs are fine, no new hardware for now. However, downstairs bathroom water line for cold water and angle stops had to be replaced.Both Nick and Drake did an outstanding and very professional job! I really appreciate the initiative on Nick's behalf for reaching out to me to resolve this issue. I worked in Procurement for 32 years and am very familiar with RFQ's and managing/hiring vendors. Nick and Drake are top notch!I am very pleased with everything they assisted on with the inspection of all three (3) faucets and looking underneath each sink to ensure no leaks, proper, etc.Also, Drake was very knowledgeable and professional. Both he and Nick went above and beyond to assist me a disabled Veteran.Thanks Nevada Heating for your fine customer support, initiative and professionalism!
