The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

We had about 100 feet of old orangeburg sewer pipe in terrible condition that needed to be replaced. Jonny, Nate and the crew used a pipe bursting method and worked through an extremely challenging job site (sewer pipe went through our rear yard, out below a public drainage ditch and into a sewer main in a parking lot of a commercial building behind our house). They worked until just about sunset so that we didn’t have to go a night without use of toilets/showers/etc. Overall, they were very professional and explained everything to us throughout the process, and their price was reasonable for the amount of work our job required. Would 100% recommend to anyone for any plumbing needs, but especially for pipe bursting.

Highly recommend. Absolutely great company with personable and professional employees. Put in a call on a Saturday and they were at my house in North Tahoe within an hour. The plumber, Ryan, had everything ship-shape in less time than I expected and the price was fair.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .
