Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Our plumber did an outstanding job rebuilding and repairing our headache-causing sink. Moreover, he's very proactive! Strongly recommended!

I cannot tell you how AMAZING Matt and Mike were. When my water heater went out they came a replaced it and were phenomenal then. A washer broke about a month after and they came back out. Based on their reactions, you can tell that they love their job and take it very seriously. They fixed it as fast as they could and even answered a question for me about a bath in my house and they came in, checked it out, and fixed it within 2 minutes. I am forever grateful to have Matt and Mike as my plumbers! I will never call anyone else solely due to these two. If you have had them, you know exactly what I mean!! A1 Plumbing did a great job and was very professional. I signed up online for a quote for a sewer line replacement and they came out about a week later, they were real busy, and gave me the best quote that I had out of 6 quotes. They performed pipe bursting on my 55 year old sewer line, that was completely buried under a driveway, sidewalk and street, and replaced it from under my house all the way to the main sewer line in the street for under $7,000. Much lower than a lot of other quotes that were only going to replace a portion of the pipe leaving me with a partially repaired line. Jay told me it was going to take a month before they could get to my house because of the backlog due to bad weather and they were there one month later and knocked it out in a couple of days with no unforeseen problems or costs. Recommend them highly for a sewer line replacement and I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

We had about 100 feet of old orangeburg sewer pipe in terrible condition that needed to be replaced. Jonny, Nate and the crew used a pipe bursting method and worked through an extremely challenging job site (sewer pipe went through our rear yard, out below a public drainage ditch and into a sewer main in a parking lot of a commercial building behind our house). They worked until just about sunset so that we didn’t have to go a night without use of toilets/showers/etc. Overall, they were very professional and explained everything to us throughout the process, and their price was reasonable for the amount of work our job required. Would 100% recommend to anyone for any plumbing needs, but especially for pipe bursting.

Called in a request an 9 am in the morning on a Monday. Spoke with Taylor and she had a service tech at my front door 3 hours later. The tech, Tracy, was quick and effeciant and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

Adan and his helper Miguel did an excellent job installing a new 50 gallon water heater the very next morning on a Sunday after I had just called the day before, Saturday 9/9/2023. He kept to his quote of $2100 after seeing 2 photos of the old water heater.
Both men were friendly and informative while doing their complex work and triple checking everything. They accepted my personal check and would have taken cash or debit card. Using a credit card would have cost me 3% more. Awesome work!

Great experience with Van Allen plumbing. Water heater broke on a Sunday and by Tuesday new one installed and this while working with the home insurance company which can take a few business days to sort out. Roman and Martin outstanding customer service. Will definitely hire again.

Paid nearly $1000 for guaranteed unclogging of our drain. They refused to go through toilet and went through a tiny drain in bathroom sink instead. They never finished the job, but kept the money anyway. We then paid another company half that and they unclogged by going through the toilet drain with no problems. Rooter man is a rip off. In addition to stealing from us, the manager/owner's son was the meanest and most unprofessional person we've ever done business with. I recorded our conversation on video and when I have time I will post for others to see the level of disrespect and immaturity this manager showed.
