The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Efficient and professional. John cleared two drains that were badly clogged several feet back in my commercial building in no time at all, at a fair price. Sean M. recently replaced our mainline water supply at our home in Reno. Due to a recently deceased family member, the house sat vacant while we repaired multiple items. Sean understood how difficult it was for us to manage our projects from across the country so he constantly provided photos and updates while remaining available by cell at all times. The project ended up becoming very complex and required constant change orders to fix irrigation valves, irrigation leaks, and every other little problem that arises from a vacant home. Sean was patient throughout and did not use it as an opportunity to take advantage of us. Service remained prompt and fairly priced. We'll use Sean for all of our required services going forward.

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

Great experience with Van Allen plumbing. Water heater broke on a Sunday and by Tuesday new one installed and this while working with the home insurance company which can take a few business days to sort out. Roman and Martin outstanding customer service. Will definitely hire again.

Best commercial plumbing contractor in town

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Our water heater made us restart it constantly. they came out, did not pull a permit to install it. I asked repeatedly for them to pull a permit, they put me off for 6 months. When I finally have the inspector out he stated that there was repairs needed. I called to tell them. The guy on the phone spoke condescending and then when he kept asking over and over again about some tag that the inspector supposedly put on the water heater I told him over and over there was none. He hung up on me. SCAM company. AVOID this please like the plague!!!!

On my way to the contractors board this afternoon. Let them explain it to them.
