Called on a Saturday night at 10pm and there was a technician at my door within an hour. Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Raleigh!

Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some unconventional work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

Scott was able to come out pretty quickly after the initial call. He was very thorough with his inspection and offered many options- with varying prices. Was able to watch the process of cleaning the drain and he took care of the problem easily. He was able to answer questions and was professional. Would use again.

Earlier this week I found water dripping from my kitchen ceiling. I originally hired Bizzy Bee plumbing to diagnose the leak, since they had great reviews online. They charged me $105 for 5 minutes of work just to cut a hole in my ceiling and look at the leak (had I known better, I would have just cut the hole in my ceiling myself). They claimed that a glue joint on the drain pipe was not done properly and was the source of the leak. They offered to fix the glue joint at an additional cost of $400!!! I declined the offer.

Since the house plumbing was done by Poole’s plumbing, I gave them a call, and they forwarded me directly to Robert Poole. Considering the situation, Mr. Poole was incredibly polite and understanding of my concerns. He explained to me that it is a very simple job to fix the glue joint, less than an hour of work, and so $400 was an outrageous price to charge. He was explained that it is extremely rare for one of their glue joints to leak, since Poole’s Plumbing test their drains by filling them with water for 24 hours when the house is built.

Mr. Poole sent one of his supervisors to diagnose the issue the next morning. They had found that the glue joint was completely dry and not the source of the leak, this means that the Bizzy Bee plumber had completely misdiagnosed the problem and I would have paid $400 for nothing. They quickly resolved the issue at a very reasonable price.

Too expensive double the price from market need to go with this guy as hesitated to wait more time from others , the issue was related to tankless water heater

They did a good job, get a price before you get the work done I asked for a discount after my work was complete because they charged me for two men working when one man could have done the job.

Outstanding Service. I just moved into my house & system started backing up late at night. Edwin was a lifesaver and came out taking time to thoroughly analyze the situation. He got my house set up so I could use the plumbing overnight - then came the next day to fix everything. It was a big tree roots problem, Edwin worked hard, corrected the problem and shared pictures. The team that came to my home was very helpful and provided recommendations for service. They also showed me where the main regulator is for my home, as well as suggestions for future repairs if they are needed.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Anthony came to our house thru old republic home warranty co. Home owner beware, DO NOT call him! What a scam! He came on 2/10 to fix a few leaks under the house. Came in initially saying he didn't see any leaks. Really!!
I told him that the my husband, the inspector and our contractor both had seen several.
Finally said he saw one. Explained that the shower valve was also not operating correctly and leaking. He replaced the shower valve having to go out and come back with one. Leaving one of the screws hanging out!
I'm also asked him to fix the leak in one of the master sink faucets. This was not covered by the warranty co. He claimed to have fixed the leak charging me an additional $125. In addition to the $75 show up charge. The inspector came back to check the repairs, the faucet handle came completely off not secured properly. And only one leaking coupling was repaired.

He came back today to fix the faucet, well an hour later calls and said it cant be fixed and he would see if he could find a replacement handle. The handle as not broken prior to him fixing leak. HE broke the handle and want to charge me for another visit and parts!? I could have purchased a brand new faucet for $59 at lowes! Find yourself a qualified LOCAL plumber, not this guy from New York!
