We came home to a leak in the garage, but couldn't figure out if it was coming from inside the wall or from the water heater. James was the on-call plumber from Schwartz; he showed up at 8pm and stuck around until well after 10pm helping figure things out. He returned the next day to install a new water heater, and had that knocked out in less than two hours. The leak was unexpected and frustrating to deal with -- but James was incredibly professional and very nice. We didn't have a go-to plumber beforehand, but we do now!

He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

My water heater decided to spring a leak and I walked downstairs to swap laundry and found a swamp in my entryway. Unfortunately because my Husband is sick with Covid we had a really hard time finding anyone willing to come to our house in any reasonable amount of time. Even though we offered to wear masks, stay upstairs, or even to sit in my car and leave the house the earliest anyone was willing to come out was in 6 days.
