Even though my issue was less than an emergency (kitchen faucet had sprung a leak), Chad treated it like one and was there almost immediately after I called, on a Saturday no less! Told me exactly how much it would cost, and stuck to it! He was personable and efficient...I recommend him wholeheartedly!

Our outside water spicket broke at 0630am when turning it on. Unfortunately, this old house you have to turn off the water to the entire house. Leaving us without running water. Mr. Rooter was the first company that I called that was able to come over and check it out. We originally thought it was possibly a quick job, but man, were we wrong. Sam our technician was with us for probably over 5hrs trying to fix and replace the spicket and pipe. You could tell the previous person rig it. He didn’t rigged it but actually fixed it!! Which we appreciate!! He was very polite. Explained everything to us. And did an amazing job. I 100% recommend him. In the future I will call this company back if I need anything plumbing related, but honestly I pray I don’t, haha. Thanks again, Sam!
