Best Traditional Water Heaters in Raleigh NC

Horrible company. There was a job I needed done that would take no more than 45 minutes and $50 of parts. The guy came to look and then said he would write up the charge. Then he come back inside from his truck and says it will cost $850!!!!! I ended up doing it myself for the $50 of parts and the 45 minutes. So they wanted $1200/hour. AVOID!!!

These guys are responsive and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Wow! What a great team! We had to replumb the whole house. They were very efficient, very courtious, on time, and very professional. I wish the rest of my subs were as good as Axis Plumbing! Five stars are not enough!

This was the absolute worst non-service imaginable. The technician arrived two hours after the time we'd been scheduled. Although we provided the part number in advance, he did not have it with him. He took apart the water heater and left without repairing it at all! We called the office and were told we would have it repaired the following day. Nobody came or called. Our call was not returned.

Great company with friendly and professional employees. They installed my water heater a few years back and are very responsive for service and maintenance. Brandon was super helpful and answered all my questions. He even identified another issue with my water pressure and resolved on site. Highly recommend this company!
