I spoke with one of your technicians, Justin Byrd, about getting our A/C unit upgraded and he was very knowledgeable and professional. After speaking with technicians from other companies, I was extremely impressed with his level of customer service.

You feel a little desperate when your air conditioning goes out during the hottest days of summer. I booked the appointment late in the night when our air conditioning stopped working, but Adam came [next day] Saturday afternoon and even worked in the rain to get our air conditioning working again. I’m grateful for the super responsive and super professional service.

David supported me in Home Depot to help select the right material for a project I was working on. He even gave me his number and told me to call if I had questions. Well I did and after several text messages and advice I was able to complete the project. When someone helps you just to be helpful says all I need to know about their character. I highly recommend working with David and will be calling him in the future when needed. You’re in good hands here.

I had a difficult repair to be made when the sewer line from my house completely failed. Cary Plumbing rejected the business, so did Pipetechs and Waco. But Bolton was willing to work with me, provide advice, recommend a solution, and then deliver as promised on an extremely reasonable budgeted quotation. Great management by Brian. I was unfortunate enough to have an outdoor spigot burst causing water to leak in and under our hardwoods in the kitchen, not to mention 5:30 on a Friday. Raleigh Plumbing & Heating not only came out right away to fix the problem but let us use thier dehumidifier. They called a few times to make sure things were going ok and if we needed another assistance. I honeslty could not ask for better customer service. These guys will be my forever go-to!

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Very poor telephone manners. I called with a business matter and the lady that answered was very short and rude and hung up on me twice. Not professional at all. I suggest they change the person who is the first contact with the public. She is not suited for that job.

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.
