I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. This company has the most fair pricing, is the most reliable, and honest. They were good communicators, gave us a fair price (we compared multiple companies in the area and this company was the best price for the exact same services that everyone else was offering), and they were extremely honest. They opened the water heater they had brought and noticed it had dents on it. They refused to install it like that and drove back to the store to get one that was in new condition. I was amazed at this because it took extra time out of their day. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I hired TCR Rooter to install a new hose bib/spigot in a place that was difficult to access with my existing garden hoses. They were able to give me a definitive estimate over the phone, which was very affordable. The actual work was done in all of 30 minutes by a friendly and professional plumber, and it ended up coming in $50 less than the quote over the phone. The other estimate we received from a different company was more than double what TCR charged us. Very happy with the price, quality of the work, and my overall experience. They arrived on time (actually a little early). I will definitely use their plumbing services in the future.

Replacement of well pump and piping

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. This company ripped us off. They got over $800 from us by installing something in our ejector pump and did not fix the problem but instead caused other issues and did not reimburse us or anything. Then tried to tell us we had to get a new ejector pump that would cost us over $5000. We got another plumber to come out and they said the job that Fuller did was incorrect and is what made the problem worst. These guys fixed our issue and only charged us $145.00. It looks like they were trying to only fill their pockets with our hard earned dollars. Once we told him the name of the company that did our work he said there are major law suits against this company and they are known for not completing the job or making it worst. AGAIN I SAY DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

We had a bad smell emanating from our newly installed hall bath, but couldn’t figure out why. One call to Waite and voila, it was fixed! Pedro was an amazing tech. He was able to identity the issue within minutes. He worked clean, was professional and had great communication (called when he was 40 min out to give us a heads up). I highly recommend using Waite Plumbing!

We called PK Plumbing to install a tankless gas water heater. Edwin was prompt to respond and provided excellent communication regarding appointments and cost estimates. He took the time to explain the installation process and functionality of the system we purchased and was very patient while answering my many questions. He was very professional, friendly, and respectful of our space by cleaning up and maintaining social distancing. We called Edwin back to repair leaky laundry faucets and he worked just as efficiently and helped us stay within our budget.
