After calling 5 other companies with not a lot of professionalism, I called The Raleigh Handyman in the morning, and that evening the job was complete! Extremely conscientious, fair pricing, and a nice person. I had a very large heavy mirror to hang along with a smaller one. He knew exactly how to center and hang them both securely. I can't share enough great things about NC water heaters! They've done two big jobs at the home we just purchased. Firstly, the replaced our water heaters. We had another company come out first and gave us a ridiculous quote, while also saying they wouldn't touch the thing without an electrician to fix a major problem. We had NC water heaters come out for a second opinion. Not only did they give us a quote for about $600 less than the competitor, but they address the major electrical problem, which turned out to be nothing more than a grounding wire and a junction box. Theyre on staff electrician just handled it as part of the install.

Secondly, they replaced our sewage pump due to it being faulty. Jason and Sam were the two technicians and they were on time, extremely efficient workers, who were very kind to myself and my pets during the job. They got us inspected and scheduled two days later and replaced the pump for barely more than it would have cost me to do it myself. Extremely happy with this company.

Again, Jason, sam, and Brandon have all done work and been amazing. Kayla is incredibly nice on the admin side each time I need to call, and always addresses what I need very quickly. And lastly, even the owner Dave came out to quote one job for us and was very pleasant to speak and work with. You can tell this is a family company.

Love love love this company and will be using them for any and all plumbing/remodeling needs I have moving forward.
