Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

Friendly service from Richard. Two new shower valves and trim kits function just fine, but I do not recommend PlumbV due to the fact that the tub spout they installed is totally crooked and looks bad. The base plate that should sit flush with the shower wall has a gap of three-eighths of an inch on one side (that's how crooked the spout is coming out of the wall!). Nothing is perfect, so one-eighth or so would be acceptable-- but three-eighths? That's a big gap on one side and a very crooked spout. Visually, it just looks bad.

I recommend going with a company that has more of an eye for detail with these kinds of things that you expect to be pretty exact (or close to it).

Very courteous and thorough! Had these guys come out recently to look at my HVAC, and found out that the fuse had blown. Tech was super thorough and explained everything well.

Great job installing our new shower tray and faucet/shower fixtures. As this project required some planning and prep before Walston Plumbing arrived, we appreciated all the guidance received prior to our appointment. Felix and his helper were polite and gave a lot of attention to their work, offering good suggestions on placement of fixtures before they began the work. Felix also offered good advice on preparing for installation of the shower door even though that will require a different craftsman.
Once the tiling was laid, Felix returned to complete installation of faucet & shower fixtures. BEAUTIFUL!

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

Alan installed an over-the-range microwave for me. He was readily available to do the job, very knowledgeable and charged a very reasonable price for the work. Highly recommend him!

I was referred to Dave by a friend as water was spraying from a frozen valve outside my house. Dave diagnosed and walked me through the problem on the phone on a Sunday and scheduled one of his guys to come out to my house the next day (had I not been able to fix the problem myself Dave offered to come to my house that day). The valve was replaced in very little time the next day. I will certainly recommend NC Water Heaters to anyone needing plumbing help. Thanks for the great service.
