Daniel Brothers Inc. was a pleasure to work with. I called for a free inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm. Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!

First off, I want to mention the service technician who came to my home was on time and did a fantastic job!My issue is when it came time for payment. I had them install a new GFCI outlet for my front porch (outside). I had looked up replacement outlets and the cost for them (approx. $25). I was planning to attempt this myself but my breaker box wasn't labeled correctly so figured better safe than sorry. After the installation was done, around 15 minutes, the invoice came due for $350... Michael and Son charged me $350 to change a $25 outlet in 15 minutes. I have tried calling several times now to get an explanation for that cost and no one has even attempted to reach back out.Make me think they are running some type of game on people. Charging $300 for 15 minutes of labor is just ridiculous. I would seriously suggest next time anyone needs work done to call around because Michael and Son is robbing you blind. Will never again work with them and make it a point to find someone more local in Raleigh who won't try to take advantage of me.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!

I was told to use True Rooter Plumbing by a family member who is a contractor. He has used Miguel often for his own house projects.

I called and found them very helpful and mindful to protect my kitchen cabinets as they analyzed how to fix a water leak while taking care of the integrity of the rest of my kitchen.

The technician was John as he worked very hard all day to get the new plumbing in and the new fixtures while explaining why he was doing it the way he was doing it.

A great experience and I give this company five stars for their plumbing skills for me here over in Torrance..
