I have used this service multiple times now and my experiences have been really excellent. They not only do great work, the take time to explain what needs to be done and the approximate cost. These guys are great. My mother's house had the pipes burst due to extreme high PSI from the town supply. We were lucky to catch them with time and they jumped right in and got our house completely re-piped in a single day. Amazing and I honestly still cannot believe they pulled this off. Great people. Thanks so much for taking care of things.

Service technician very nice and repairs were made quickly. He basically fixed a small leak. They charged over 400 dollars for 30 minutes. The cost of the parts were likely less than 10 dollars. It was the weekend so I understand it's going to be a little more. Over the phone they mention a fixed 59 dollar charge for the service call. if repairs are done, get ready for a lot of suggestions for unnecessary repairs. It's hard to say if I would use them again. I'd likely shop around or try to repair myself for less than 20 bucks. But it's done and I have no more leaks thus 3 stars.

I used CPB to install a sink in our butler pantry, install a shower fixture in our master and flush our hot water system and each time, they got the job done well! No issues since installation of the sink or shower fixture. Sammy (the operator) was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I would recommend and use again.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Metro Rooter Plumbing Cary for their drain cleaning services, and I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, their team provided excellent customer service and quality workmanship. The price for their services was very reasonable and competitive. I had received quotes from other plumbing companies, and Metro Rooter's prices were the most reasonable. Additionally, their pricing was transparent, allowing me to understand how much I would be charged for the services provided.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

Great service! Initially called for a same day water heater repair. After talking with the technician, he gave me honest advice about the heater due to the age and extent of repair work. We ended up choosing to have the entire hot water heater replaced. To my absolute surprise (and joy!) they were able to replace it the same day! They called in a few extra workers to help finagle the space (the builders put it in the attic 🙄) and they were in and out in about 5.5 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent mechanical contractor for both business and my house. All the mechanics are polite and professional but Rick is hilarious and inventive. He fixes stuff in an hour some others think will be a daylong process. Highly recommend!
