On time and honest

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

As a general contractor and home inspector, I have dealt with many plumbers and seen lots of plumbing work over the years. I have to say that Jamie and his employees are at the top. Their work is very good quality. In addition, they are polite, knowledgeable and follow through with everything they say they are going to do. Having hired many subcontractors over the years, I can testify that this is rare in any of the trades. I can't say enough good things about Legacy Plumbing.

Aron Gill & Matthew Allen made my water heater disaster an ease. They walked me through the process. Gave me options on what works best for my house. It was quick. The price was good. I would use them again.

Working with this company was a complete disaster for the beginning! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Appointment time was for first thing in the morning. Technicians showed up at 11:30am. Our project was NOT done with precision and professionalism as stated on their website. As you can see from the finish project photo, the water regulator handle sticks out over 1 1/2 from the face plate and they failed to put a thread end on the water spigot pipe.
