Midtown plumbing is not the typical plumber. I've dealt with a lot of typical plumbers being a general contractor that are never on time or try to rip off customers who aren't knowledgable about remodeling and construction. Midtown plumbing is honest, knowledgable and efficient. It is very refreshing to see someone in the industry as professional as Michael. I highly recommend him for any type of plumbing project big or small.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Executive Plumbing is top notch. Nate is a great plumber that knows his trade and his business very well. They do awesome work with great service and professionalism. Would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of any plumbing services in the RDU area.

Called Matthew because our sewage was backed up and he gave me pricing. Booked the appointment and he came out right away after hours. Once he came out he spoke with my husband who was very pleased with the knowledge Matthew had along with his professionalism. Through this we now have a lifetime plumber. Thanks Matthew!

Quick to respond to my inquire about adding a hose bibb. Was able to get me into the schedule in a day or two. Came out on-time and did a great job. Excellent experience and customer services all the way around. I will definitely use again.

These guys looked at my pool heater like it was some kind of alien technology, and started googling on their phones how to diagnose the problem...heck, I could've done that. They couldn't figure it out and became hostile almost to the point of physical intimidation when I argued that I didn't want to pay them unless they actually fixed the problem. Run from these people!
